All design concepts, drawings, and specifications created by Aura Hearth Spaces remain the intellectual property of the studio until full payment is received. Project timelines discussed during initial consultations are estimates and subject to change based on material availability and contractor scheduling.

Limitation of Liability

Aura Hearth Spaces acts as a consultant and sourcing agent. We are not liable for the performance, quality, or timely completion of work performed by independent contractors or third-party vendors.
